Free shipping for all orders of $100 or more. Free shipping will be shipped using
our choice of best method (ground service). Free Shipping is only valid on one shipping
address, multiple addresses per order will be charged separately. Offer is available
to AK, HI, not available for APO/FPO or International orders.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders for the continental United States and Canada through USPS Priority
Mail Flat Rate Boxes. For customers located in Alaska and Hawaii we can ship through
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or by USPS Ground (surface).
International costumers please request a quote, For International customers we can
ship through USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes but for those USPS doesn't have tracking
service or insurance, USPS offer tracking service and insurance in their International
Express Mail service.
Shipping Timeframe
We have a handling time of 1-3 days. Normally orders leave our facilities the next
day of being placed, that will depend on the volume of orders we have that day. If
your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the count will start the next business
day. If you place a large order that requires a pallet we may not ship it until the
end of the third business day since it may take a day or two to arrange a freight
pickup.
Address Changes
After an order has shipped, and before delivery of that order, if a change of delivery
address is requested a $15 surcharge will be incurred by the customer. This is the
charge which USPS charges us and we are just passing the charge along.
